Kenneth M. Rose, 65, died on December 15, 2024 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on September 22, 1959, in Somerville, NJ to his parents Nancy (nee Freuler) and Robert Rose.

Ken was a graduate of Bridgewater-Raritan High School East, class of 1977, where he played and lettered in football for his beloved “Minutemen.” Ken worked as a print press operator for 20 years at Ethicon in Bridgewater. He was a graduate of the Market Street Mission.  Ken loved hunting, fishing and the Pittsburg Steelers.  His favorite time of year was anytime spent with his family. He was a beloved son and a generous and loving brother, and was kind and caring to all who knew him. Ken had a circle of friends who were loyal, faithful and devoted to him.

He was predeceased by his parents, and is survived by his brothers Robert (Joyce) Rose of Easton, PA., Lawrence (Joyce) Rose of Lewes, DE, sisters Kathleen (John) Mastice of Bridgewater, NJ, Marian (Eric) Schlauch of New Paltz, NY, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.  

A memorial mass will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ. (908)725-1887.
