Diane D. Hand, 79, died December 6, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on February 7, 1945, in Lowville, NY, to her parents Florence (nee Edick) and Norman Delles.

Diane was a devoted wife, loving mother, dear grandma and great-grandma, and loving sister.  She especially loved spending the holidays with family and friends.  She was a champion drag racer, enjoyed bowling, Bingo, going to garage sales, and was an avid NY Yankees and NY Giants fan.

Diane was predeceased by her husband Dan, parents and four brothers.  She is survived by her son Lynn Major (companion Dawn), daughters Brenda Major, Terri Major, brother James (Diane), grandchildren Brandon, Kimberly, Harvey (Lisa), Katelyn (Mehdi), Alexis, Ashley (David), Cody, Randy, William, Tessa, Corin (Scott) and 17 great-grandchildren.

Viewing and service will take place on Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 1 PM – 5 PM at Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869. (908) 725-1887.
