The family of Anthony J ‘AJ’ Papavero, who went to be with the Lord on June 22, 2024, wish to express their deepest gratitude to their communities, for the outpouring of affection and unending support during this time of great loss. As a funeral director family, we have offered our lives in the support of others in their time of grief at Bongiovi Funeral Home, in Raritan, and Branchburg Funeral Home, where AJ owned and operated with his brother. As professionals, we consider ourselves to be both a soft shoulder and a trustworthy guide through these tumultuous times. But when we find ourselves on ‘the other side of the desk’ with our own brokenness, we learn how valuable our relationship with the community is. It would be an overwhelming task to name names of those we appreciate for their professionalism, their thoughtfulness, and their prayers over the past 14 months. We are indebted to your kindness, and forever grateful. May God bless you.
With deep affection, AJ’s loving children, Alexis, Serena, and Nicholas Papavero, his dear brother and business partner, Jason C. Papavero, and his devoted mother, Anna Louise Bongiovi.
