Graziella Oliveri Calcagno passed away peacefully, surrounded by her daughters on June 30th, 2024.

“Grace” was born on October 17th, 1931, in Valguarnera Caropepe, Sicily.  She came to America  in 1963 with her husband Liborio, and daughters, Marianna and Graziella. They settled and built a life in Brooklyn N.Y and went on to have two more daughters Rita and Daniella.

Graziella is survived by her four daughters and son-in-laws, seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Graziella’s kindness and compassion touched everyone she met. Her unwavering Catholic faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and providing strength in times of need.

Graziella was a gifted cook, who loved to host Sunday dinners and family gatherings. She nurtured her loved ones with endless love and care, creating a legacy of warmth and unity that will continue to inspire future generations.

As we remember Graziella, let us celebrate her life and the profound impact she had on all of us. Her spirit of generosity and love will forever remain in our hearts.

Rest in peace in Heaven, Graziella Calcagno. You will be deeply missed, but your legacy of love and kindness will live on.

Visitation from 3:00pm to 7:00pm Monday, July 8, 2024 at the Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ (908) 725-1887.  Funeral services wil be on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 beginning with a visitation from 8:30am to 9:15am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00am Funeral Mass at St. Bernard of Clairvaux RC Chucrh 500 US 22, Bridgewater, NJ.  Entombment at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens US 1 North, Iselin, NJ.
