Margaret “Peggy” Accordini, 78, of Raritan Borough died peacefully on Wednesday morning February 28, 2024, at Complete Care at Green Knoll.   She was born on April 15, 1945, in New Brunswick NJ to her late parents Dorothy (Thompson) and Albert Palmer Grimm.


Peggy worked as a practical nurse between 1965 and 1970 at Middlesex General Hospital and Somerset Medical Center.  She was also employed by PyMah Corp of Somerville NJ as an assembly line worker producing blood pressure machines.  She loved gardening plants and flowers and enjoyed the time she put in doing numerous puzzles. She loved her cats, Winchester and Smokey.  Peggy was a kind, caring and loving wife, sister, stepmother and step grandmother and devoted daughter and friend to many.  She will be sadly missed by all who know her.


Peggy is survived by her loving stepdaughter Christine Accordini, her brother Roger Grimm and sister-in-law Bernadette Grimm, 2 step grandchildren Nicole Accordini and Jacqueline Accordini and 4 step great grandchildren Danielle, Kevin, Trystin, and Maximus.   She is also survived by 2 nieces, Allison Barretta and Heather Ray and one great nephew Cameron Ray. 


Peggy was predeceased by her parents and her loving husband Joseph Accordini (2020).


Services are private under the direction of the Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Ave Raritan NJ 908-725-1887.
