Myrnalyn Marino, 66, died on March 23, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Myrnalyn is survived by her daughter, Freida; grandchildren, Kaine and Santi; brothers, Bernard and Eulalio III; sister, Melanie; many nieces and nephews, and her mother, Petronila. She is predeceased by her father, Eulalio Jr.

 

Born in the Philippine province of Pangasinan, she was the daughter of Petronila Mariano and Eulalio Mariano Jr. She attended Far Eastern University and received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology. She worked multiple jobs to help support her family. Upon coming to the United States, she worked tirelessly as a teacher and eventually as a nurse. She shared her love of music through piano and taught many pupils over the years.

 

She was a woman of faith and devoted to God. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church. Her happiest times were spent with her family and teaching her grandson, Kaine, how to play the piano. She will be remembered for her dedication to her family.

 

The viewing will be held at Bongiovi Funeral Home on Friday, March 31, 2023, 2pm-5pm and 6pm-9pm; and Saturday, April 1, 2023, 9am-10am. Funeral mass will be at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Raritan, NJ at 10:30am.
