Bridgewater, NJ

Lewin, Bruce Jay, D.D.S., died in Bridgewater, NJ on November 29, 2022.  Born April 23, 1932, to the late Dr. Jules N. and Ruth Lewin of Belmar, NJ.

He attended Rutgers University and graduated Temple University of Dentistry in 1958.   He served as a Captain in the U.S. Airforce from 1958 to 1960.  Dr. Lewin established his office, The Lewin Dental Center, in Bridgewater, where he practiced until his retirement in 2010. 

He was a member of The New Jersey Dental Research Group.  Among his many interests, he was a world renowned postal history collector of Chinese post cards and envelopes from 1900 to 1950.  He enjoyed cooking and sharing meals with the people he loved.  He was kind, caring, and generous.  Bruce was a man who lived his life his way. 

He is survived by his son Joshua Lewin, (Jennifer) of Bridgewater NJ, granddaughters Reeseanne and Alice Lewin, daughter Justine Monsul of Bedminster NJ, and sister Dr. Linda Lewin of Brooklyn NY.
