Obituary of Dan Bruno

BRIDGEWATER- Dan Bruno, 84, died on Thursday, June 9, 2022. He was born on October 12, 1937 to the late Lillian Montanye Bruno and Quido Bruno in So. Plainfield, NJ. 

Dedicated to his country, Dan served in the Army for 4 years and enjoyed his time stationed in Germany. He retired as a supervisor from General Motors in Linden, NJ after 25 years. Dan had a Red 1964 Ford Galaxy Convertible and he was a member of the former Classic Cruisers Car Club. He enjoyed fishing, horseracing, camping, and his cat Snicker. Dan was a big fan of the 49ers and golf. All who knew him will remember him as a kind, caring, gentle and generous man. Dan is survived by his beloved wife Pat, son Joseph, daughters Janet (Ken) and Donna Hamler, step daughter Karen Simovic, many cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren, a brother Kenny and sisters Generosa and Virginia. He is predeceased in death by his parents, 2 brothers, a sister and his cat Mojo.
