Obituary of Joseph Ferrullo

Raritan - Joseph Ferrullo, Jr. AKA “FruitLoops”, 52 of Raritan, NJ  entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2022 at home after a short battle with cancer.

 

Raised in Bradley Gardens, he was a die hard Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburg Penguins fan. Musically, a huge fan of Iron Maiden. He was an avid fan of Jeopardy and was great at answering the questions. He especially enjoyed grilling and cooking, hanging out with family and friends, and a good party. He worked as a carpenter for many years. He was a member of Moose Lodge #1965 in Raritan, where he also bartended.

 

He was predeceased by his father, Joseph Ferrullo, Sr., his maternal and paternal grandparents, many aunts, uncles and friends.

 

He is survived by his son Joey of Manville, his daughter Maggie of Raritan, his mother and step-father Julie and John Botsko of Manville, sisters Tammy (Robert) of California, Shelly and Tracey of Manville, his companion Michele Walters of Raritan, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and life long friends.

 

Viewing and service will be held at Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bella Avenue, Raritan, NJ on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 10:00am-2:00pm followed by a celebration of Life at the Manville VFW #2290, 600 Washington Avenue, Manville, NJ.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to benefit Joseph’s surviving children.
