Obituary of Gloria A. Falconeri

RARITAN-   “Loving wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother”  Gloria A. Falconeri, 91, died on Sunday, January 9, 2022.  She was born on June 12, 1930 in Plainfield, NJ.

Gloria graduated High School and then married the love of her life Louis on June 2, 1951.   She enjoyed dancing, shopping, cooking and traveling in her spare time.  Her home was always warm and welcoming to family and friends.  Gloria’s gentle smile will be remembered by all. 

Gloria is survived by her beloved children Louis and daughter-in-law Sandy, Linda Falconeri and Debra Falconeri, loving grandchildren and cherished great grandchildren Daniella Albright and husband John and their children Emma, Thomas and Matthew Albright, Anthony Falconeri, Michele Smith and husband John and their children Julianna, Joanna and Nicholas Smith and Michael Falconeri, a brother Arthur Abruzzese, Jr. and sister-in-law Dolores and many dear nieces and nephew.  She is predeceased by her husband Louis, her parents Maria and Giuseppe Molinari and her stepfather Arturo Abruzzese and her siblings Vincenza, Norma and Annabelle.

Visitation from 3:00pm to 7:00pm Thursday, January 13, 2022 and from 8:30am to 9:45am Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ (908) 725-1887.  Funeral Mass 10:30am on Friday, January 14, 2022 at St. Joseph RCC 38-48 Jackson Avenue, North Plainfield, NJ followed by burial at holy Cross Cemetery 145 Mount Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ.  To send an on-line condolence visit www.Bongiovifuneralhome.com
