We were so sorry to hear about Bob's passing. I just sent a photo postcard of him on the BRHS varsity basketball team, he was a terrific athlete. I have so many memories of Bob from kindergarten on, and with Christ's birthday coming up, a tradition at St. Joseph School/church of midnight Mass comes to mind. Bob was always dressed as the most "colorful" shepherd with crook and all, his mom made his costume, while the girls were angels. We would stand in the back of the church, the angels inside and the shepherds outside, and would sing a song in Polish. Bob and I would have a contest who could sing, actually shout, the loudest. So many wonderful memories of Bob and all of him always smiling and happy. He continued to be helpful to all even when he worked at Toys R Us and was able to locate some of the most sought after toys.
Lynn, hopefully, all the wonderful memories people are sharing with you, and those you and Bob created, will help ease some of your sorrow at this sad time.
