My beautiful Aunt Doris left this earthly world for greener pastures this week. She had the best hugs and the biggest heart! She and my Uncle Frank would take me on Sunday rides to get me away from the very chaotic household I lived in. Those memories have sustained me thru some very tough times. Rest In Peace, Aunt Doris. You have earned it! Give Uncle Frank a hug from all of us. Love and miss you!

The first thing that always comes to my mind - as I'm sure for everyone she knew or met - is her beautiful smile! Her smile lit up the room. My most treasured memory, and I have many, is how she greeted me. First, of course, that smile; then she would place her hands on my face and say, "hello darlin'!". And for that wonderful moment, looking into her eyes, sparkling from her smile, she made you feel like you and she were the only people in the world! AND THEN, she would give me a smooch and a big hug! Her hug was as great as her smile! She gave, what I call, "snugglie-hugglies"! Then she would share that special greeting with the next person. And, by no means, whatsoever, were her gestures perfunctory; they were straight from her heart! I will always remember Auntie Doris as beautiful - inside and out. Rest in peace with your loved ones gone before you. May God speed to all.

Aunt Doris: a beautiful woman with a beautiful smile and a kind heart. Her passing has left a void in the lives of many who loved her. I'm glad she was a part of my life growing up as I hold dear many memories of Saugus and big family dinners. You will be missed, dear Aunt Doris.

To my dearest Mom and mon ami. From you I learned to be generous, caring, compassionate, strong, and empathetic. You have taught me the importance of helping others, and how to be the person someone can turn to when they need help. Your unconditional love and undying support has gotten me through my own struggles; seeing how you handle your own struggles has taught me how to be strong through my own. I’ve always known that the relationship I had with you was precious and rare. To not only have you as my Mom, but also a best friend. Whenever I talked about you, with anyone, they would say how lucky I was to have such a special relationship with you. So, this is just a note to let you how very much I love you and how much you have meant to me.
