Helen E. Daku 93, died Tuesday November 13, 2018.  She was born to her dear parents Anna Prugar and Andrew Gecik in Raritan, NJ.  Helen was a homemaker and a committed volunteer to St. Joseph’s Church as a member of the Rosary Altar Society, senior citizens and Deborah Hospital auxiliary.  Helen loved her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She loved to entertain and was a great cook.  Helen was a kind, caring and loving person to all who knew her.

Helen is survived by her sons Stephen (Donna), Michael (Michelle), daughter Susan (Alfred) Rathjens, and her cherished grandchildren Allen, Gregory, Kevin, Megan, and Levi, and her great grandchildren Andrea, Grant, Luke and Cooper and sister-in-law Elizabeth Gecik.

Helen is predeceased by her husband Stephen, her parents and her three brothers, and 2 twin sisters.

Viewing will be Sunday November 18, 2018 from 2-5pm at the Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan NJ (908) 725-1887. 

Funeral Mass Monday November 19, 2018 11am at St. Joseph’s Church, Raritan, NJ.

Burial at St. Bernard Cemetery, Bridgewater NJ.
