Obituary of John T. Peniston

BRIDGEWATER- John "Johnny" T. Peniston, 55, died on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.  He was born in Newark, NJ on January 24, 1962 to the late Marion and John H. Peniston.
John was employed for 27 years as a Shop Steward at Anheuser-Busch located in Newark, NJ.  In his spare time he enjoyed playing hockey and the guitar.  Johnny was an avid sports fan, but his priorities in life were his family and friends.  
John is survived by his devoted wife of 17 years Suzanne (nee Biondi); a sister Kim (Larry); his in laws Nicholas and Patricia Biondi; sister-in-laws Beth (Larry) and Margie (Bruce); brother-in-law Jimmy (Tonya);  Loving nieces and nephews Danielle, Christopher M., Nick J., Jimmy A., Cassandra, Nicholas J., Christopher J., Jimmy, Emily, Colton and Hunter.  
He is predeceased by his son Justin T. Peniston, his parents and a sister Jeraldine.
Viewing will be Friday, September 29, 2017, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday, September 30, 2017, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ (908) 725-1887.  Religious Service will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.  Burial will be private.
