Raritan, NJ – Lena Buttitta, 91, died November 12, 2016. She was born in Bernardsville, NJ on June 23, 1925 to Antoinette Cipparulo and Joe D'Amico.
Lena was a devoted wife, mother, and sister. She was a kind, caring, generous person, and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Lena is survived by her loving son, Peter J. Buttitta and a dear sister, Rose Russo. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Buttitta (May 11, 1996), two brothers, Dominick and Jimmy, and three sisters, Josephine, Eleanor, and Mary.
Burial, Thursday, November 17, 2016, St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bridgewater.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869, (908-725-1887).
