Obituary of Felicidad Rivera

Felicidad Rivera, 79, died September 10, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Tanza, Cavite, Philippines on January 17, 1937 to the late Maxima Bucal and Arsenio Dones. Felicidad was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved taking care of her grandchildren. Felicidad was kind, caring, and a strong, independent woman, who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Felicidad is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Felix Rivera, Sr.; two dear sons Agustin (Yvette) Rivera and Felix (Mylene) Rivera, Jr.; three loving daughters Mimi (Manuel) Lambino, Maria Levy (Arnel) Paguio, and Rosie Nel (Felix, Jr.) Elpedes; Nine cherished grandchildren: Mary Jo, Michael, Jenelle, Jessica, Justine, Francesca, Kelly, Diego and Andre; and four adored sisters: Salud, Socorro, Librada and Maria. She was also predeceased by a brother, Arturo and a sister, Leonila. Viewing will be Wednesday, September 14, 2016, 4:00-8:00 PM, with a Prayer Service at 8:00 PM at the Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869 (908) 725-1887.
