Obituary of Doris I Coolbaugh

Doris “Dottie” Coolbaugh, 94, died March 27, 2024, surrounded by those she loved.  She was born February 26, 1930, to her late parents Beatrice and George Kalesh in Nyack NY. 

Dottie loved Ortley Beach, her summer home and every day she spent there.   She was a devoted wife to her late husband Ned Sr and a loving mother to her late son Ned Jr.   Dottie adored her grandchildren and her great grandchild. 

Dottie loved her church and the members very much.  She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed the holidays with her family.  Dottie was kind, caring and generous and will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving is her daughter in law Nancy Coolbaugh, two grandchildren Ned Stephen Coolbaugh and wife Kristin and Anna Mae Coolbaugh, and her great grandson Gage Mastrian and sister-in-law Margie Coolbaugh and her caregivers Nino Khachidze.

A memorial service will be held at Dottie’s church at a later date to be announced.

Cremation was private under the direction of the Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Ave Raritan NJ 08869 (908)725-1887.
