Ned A. Coolbaugh, Jr., 64, died peacefully on November 22, 2017 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born on January 16, 1953, to his dear parents, Doris (Kalish) and the late Ned A. Coolbaugh Sr. Ned was the owner/operator of NCCI "Ned Coolbaugh Conditioning, Inc." and was previously employed by Victor's Air Conditioning and Heating. He was loved by many and known for his sense of humor and generosity. Ned was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing at Island Beach State Park. He especially loved spending time with his children and grandson, and his dogs, Midnight, Mandy & Milo. He was a devoted companion, father, grandfather, son, and friend and will truly be missed by all who knew him. Ned is survived by his loving mother, Doris Coolbaugh, beloved son, Ned S. Coolbaugh (Kristin), cherished daughter, Anna Mae Mastrian (Steven), adored grandson, Gage Alexander Mastrian, his devoted companion of 25 years, Diane Nastri, several nieces and nephews, and his caregivers Patricia Fox and Eteri Zurabastivili. He was predeceased by his father and infant son, Ned J. Coolbaugh. Memorial Service will be held 5:00 pm, Friday, December 8, 2017 at Bradley Gardens Reformed Church, Old York Road, Bridgewater, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ, (908) 725-1887. "FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS"
