Sharon Marjorie Hennigan Obituary

Sharon Marjorie Hennigan, 66, of Somerville, passed away on March 5, 2026. She was born on May 28, 1959, in Seoul, South Korea.

Sharon was known for her strong work ethic and warm spirit. For ten years, she worked as a gas attendant at a Sunoco station in Somerville, where she was a familiar and friendly face in the community. She loved sports and was a devoted fan of the New York Giants and the New York Yankees. Sharon also had a passion for cooking and was known by family and friends as an amazing cook.

Above all, Sharon was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her three sons, Albert Hennigan, Brian Hennigan and his wife Tamara, and Joseph Hennigan; and her daughter, Samantha Hennigan and her companion Kenneth Robinson, Sr. She was the cherished grandmother of four grandchildren: Ronell Hennigan, Azareyah Robinson, Kenny Robinson, and Aniyah Robinson. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

Sharon was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert Hennigan, who passed away on June 6, 2011, as well as her loving parents, Julie and Kurt Lerke.

Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing and services on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bongiovi Funeral Home.
