Viera Onderova, 58, of Raritan, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Czechoslovakia and came to the United States in 1992 with her loving husband and daughter to build a new life in America based on hard work and resilience. 

Viera loved welcoming family and friends into her home, expecially during the holidays, when she filled the house with traditional Slovak cookies and decorations.  She took great joy in gardening, growing her own vegetables and tending to her flowers with care.  Viera will be missed by all who knew her.  

Viera is survived by her loving husband Michal, children Michelle and Lucas, her mother Bozena, her siblings Beata and Milan and extended family who will remember her strength, work ethic and care.  

A viewing will take place on Tuesday November 11, 2025 between the hours of 4:00pm and 7:00pm at the Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Avenue Raritan NJ 908-725-1887.     

In Lieu of flowers the family encourages bringing chocolate instead.
