Patricia Ann Bruno, 79, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025, at CareOne in Bound Brook.

Born in Somerville, Patricia was the daughter of the late Peter and Helen (Shulack) Harcar. She graduated from Somerville High School in 1964 and went on to earn a certificate from secretarial school. She was employed for many years at National Starch in Manville until her retirement.

Patricia had a passion for horse racing, enjoyed cooking, and had a deep love for cats. She also took pride in serving on the Crossroads condominium board, where she contributed to her community.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Simovic of Bridgewater; stepchildren; cousins; step-grandchildren; and her beloved cat, Snickerdoodle. She was predeceased by her husband, Dan Bruno.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 11 AM - 2 PM, Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ.
