I could only remember Eugene smiling. I’ve never seen him angry or sad. He lived for his family and was blessed to have them with him when he left this world. May he be enjoying his family in heaven and I know he’s telling his jokes. Someday we will all be together again. Thank you Eugene for taking good care of my sister.

I count myself blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know Eugene. For a few months I had the privilege to transport this man to Kidney Dialysis and back home as an employee of Easton Coach “the Link”, 3 days a week. I enjoyed hearing stories about his life experiences, going as far back as his childhood, his marriage, the love he had for his family and many friends, his job experiences and more.
In life, we meet people who impact our lives, and in a short amount of time, Eugene impacted mine as a man of great character with a passion for family and for life itself. I miss him already. I’m at peace knowing that he rests in the arms of our savior, Jesus Christ based on conversations we had about faith, which should give anyone connected to Eugene comfort.

I loved listening to his stories, and he had many. He knew how to make his stories interesting and fun. He always made us laugh. Kids loved the funny voices he would make when he told them stories. Eugene was a gem...one of a kind.
We were so blessed in our family to have been married to men who loved and appreciated family...now, Eugene, Mike and Bruce are all together on the other side of the veil, and waiting for us.
Until we meet again, Eugene...and I know we will meet again....God be with you, and with us. I love you and miss you!
