We became friends with Kathy and Frank in our A.F. days at Griffiss AFB in the early '70s. They were our downstairs neighbors and our friendship meant so much to us, as we were so far from our Minnesota home. We kept in touch all these years and Kathy and I were Face Book friends. We are so saddened to hear of her passing. May your memories comfort you.

Frank, Jennifer and family, Melissa and family and Rob and family,
We are so sorry for the loss of your wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister and for us a very special friend. Kathy was such a caring person. Whenever we talked she was always asking about all of our family with concern and love. She would mostly tell us all that was going on in the lives of Owen, Alex, Cole and Camryn. She was a very proud Grandma. In the over fifty years that we were friends we had so much fun at our get-togethers with your whole family. Kathy's cooking was the big hit! She went all out at the graduation parties. Such fun times! She was such a great seamstress. We still enjoy looking at the needlepoint that she made for us that's hanging in our dining room saying "Good Friends are just like Family". And we were and still are.
We love you all so much. Praying for your comfort, strength and peace, always.
