Obituary of Dorothy Whitehead

Dorothy Whitehead, age 80,  of Cincinnatus New York died at home on March 6, 2025.  She was born in Stanhope New Jersey on September 30, 1944 to her late parents Anna Stankosh and George Luteran. 

Dorothy loved gardening and canning .  She was an animal lover who adored cats and her horses “Coco” and “Dusty”. She was a loving wife to her husband of 62 years Frank Whitehead, a dear sister, beloved daughter and loving aunt to many.    Dorothy was kind, caring, generous and a friend to many.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband Frank Whitehead.

A burial will take place on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at 1:00pm at Stanhope Union Cemetery Continental Drive Netcong NJ.
