Obituary of Elva L Ventura

Somerville- Elva L. Ventura, 74, died April 17, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Somerset. Born April 24, 1945 in Lima, Peru to Leonidas Ventura and Teresa Munayco. She married Juan Espino and migrated to the US when she was 34 years old. She worked in maintenance for many manufacturing companies and retired from CSI after more than 25 years. In her leisure time, she lovingly attended to her family, cared for her wonderful grandchildren and enjoyed cooking. She practiced her faith regularly and served as a eucharistic minister for Immaculate Conception Church for many years. She was an example of devotion to her husband, her children and grandchildren and became a spiritual guide to many. Elva was survived by her husband, Juan, her four sons, Manuel (Maribel) Espino of Somerville, Juan C (Maria)Espino of Greenville, SC, Jose (Monica) Espino of Somerville and Miguel (Marisol) Espino of Somerville. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ivan, Alberto, Miguel, Juan Luis, David, Elva, Angel, Joshua and Valentina, as well as many brothers and sisters.
