My 94 year old father, Andrew, was a first cousin to Helen. We three would talk on the phone from time to time. Helen often spoke of summers long ago, when she would travel to Shelton to visit her Connecticut relatives--my Dad and his siblings, who would take her to fairs, movies and dances.
Gregory and I knew each other. I was at St. Tikhon's when he was studying at St. Vladimir's.
When our home was destroyed by a tornado this past May, we stayed with family in Princeton and spoke with Helen several times. Unfortunately, we lost contact with her and did not know how to contact her daughter, to whom we send our sincere condolences. If memorial cards have been printed in Helen's memory, we would love to have two of them.
May our dear Helen's memory be eternal!

I'm so very sorry for your loss. But may the words of Jesus Christ found in John 5:28,29 which says: Do not be amazed at this for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs "Or in Gods memory" will hear his " Jesus Christ" voice and come out, to a resurrection to life. And yet there is another promise of a Guarrantee that God has given us found as a Prochecy in Psalm 37:29 which says: The righteous will possess the earth and they will live forever on it. So may these words bring some real comfort in the coming days ahead and also find out what else that Gods kingdom rule in the hands of Jesus Christ will accomplish by going to JW.org.

Dear Teta Helen,
Your absence in our lives will be felt forever for both of us. We had a special bond that will never be broken. You were a second mother to us. We will miss your laugh, your humor, your insight and love. Until we meet again someday, you will be forever in our thoughts and our hearts. We love you and miss you.
Your nieces,
Marsha and Sandy

I have known Helen since I was a young girl and friend of her daughter Linda. She was always interested in talking and learning about what I was up to, especially after college when I moved to Washington, DC. Her face would light up as she engaged me in questions about politics, the presidency and current affairs. She had a warm smile and engaging nature. I am so glad I was able to visit with her recently and know she is at peace and in the warm embraces of John and Gregory. My thoughts and best wishes go out to my friend Linda. Love you.
