Obituary of Joan Daly

Joan Daly, 87, of Manchester, died peacefully on February 13, 2018. She was born on May 12, 1930 in Astoria NY, to her dear parents Edna (Sharvin) and Edward Dreier. Joan was a deeply devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, and will truly be missed by all that knew her. Joan is survived by her children, Edward "Ted" P. (Gina) Daly, Susan Gross, Evelyn (Edward) Dull, Virginia Lesky and Judith (John) Hallisey, 15 cherished grandchildren and 6 adored great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward (1988), her parents, a brother, Charles Dreier and a sister, Marilyn Hedin. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 11am at St. Brigid's Catholic Church, 75 Post Avenue, Westbury (Long Island), NY, 11590, followed by a private burial.
